We issue two trip programmes per year.
TO BOOK A TRIP
1) Ring the office on 01275 855552.
2) Quote the date and the trip number.
3) We will reserve you a place or, if the trip is full, put your name on a waiting list.
4) Please let us know if you need to bring a wheelchair, folding walker or trolley.
5) If you have a regular shopping run booked on the same day of a trip, please mention this to the office
when we call to let you know your pickup time.
6) If you have a carer, we will ask that they pay half the normal fee.
TO PAY FOR YOUR TRIP
1) We accept payment by card, cash or cheque.
2) Payment can be made in advance by payment over the phone, or you may pay the driver on the day of
travel (unless the trip specifies payment required at the time of booking).
3) Cheques should be made payable to Nailsea & District Community Transport or NDCT.
TO CANCEL A TRIP
1) Ring the office on 01275 855552 as far in advance as possible.
2) Quote the date and trip number.
3) You may still have to pay for a trip if you cancel it after we have incurred costs, for example where we
have already paid an entrance fee for you.
4) At the time of booking, we take a non-refundable deposit of £5.00. If we cancel a trip, then we will
carry the deposit over to another trip for you.
