To book a trip

  • Our Autumn trips will start from the 4th October and run through to 31st December but will be subject to change or cancellation depending upon any change to Covid guidelines and member take up for each trip. We will be taking telephone bookings from the Wednesday 15th September.
  • Ring the office on 01275 855552.
  • Quote the date and trip number.
  • We will reserve you a place or, if the trip is full, put your name on a waiting list.
  • Please let us know if you need to bring a wheelchair, folding walker or trolley.
  • If you have a regular shopping run booked on the same day of a trip please mention this to the office when we call to let you know your pick up time.

To cancel a trip

  • Ring the office on 01275 855552 as far in advance as possible.
  • Quote the date and trip number.
  • You may still have to pay for a trip if you cancel it, for example where we have already paid an entrance fee for you or are unable to resell your seat.

To pay for your trip, you can:

  • Pay by card when you book
  • Send a cheque made payable to Nailsea & District Community Transport or NDCT
  • Pay the driver on the day by card (preferred) or cash (correct amount please – no change given)

Additionally, for Trip 1739 to the Pantomime:

  • Booking and prepayment are required by 24th September.
  • On arrival at the theatre, you will need to provide proof of double vaccination either by the Covid Pass (available on the NHS App) or a letter obtained from NHS 119 or proof of a negative PCR/lateral flow test within 48 hours prior to the performance.
