We normally issue a trips list three times a year covering Jan-Apr, May-Aug and Sep-Dec. Due to the high demand for our trips, we will only take bookings from a set date (shown on the front of the list) and places are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a trip is full we will keep your details on a waiting list and let you know if a place subsequently becomes available.
If you use a shopping trolley, a folding walker, or a manual wheelchair where you can transfer to a bus seat, this is not usually a problem, but please let the office know.
If you use a wheelchair and need to travel in the wheelchair we will try to accommodate you depending upon the number of passengers already booked on the trip and the space available. All of our minibuses are suitable for wheelchair use.
Costs for each trip depend on the distance and length of the trip but are typically in the region of £8 – £30. Our costs are for transport only; you will need to pay for your lunches, teas and shopping!
To go on our outings you will need to become a member of Nailsea & District Community Transport; this costs £20.00 per year. Membership forms are available from the office or from the ‘How to Join’ page.
