Our minibuses are available to hire with a driver by (Not for Profit) homes, local groups or charities.

Usually, our vehicles can be hired Monday–Friday, between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm, although we will consider bookings at other times, subject to driver availability.

Because we have a large number of regular commitments, please give us as much notice as possible and let us know how many passengers will be travelling and whether any passengers are wheelchair users.

To hire a minibus you will need to become a member of Nailsea & District Community Transport; this costs £20.00 per year for individuals or a couple (at the same address) and £24.00 per year for groups.

We charge £140 per day plus £1.60 per mile . We may charge a cancellation fee of £20.00 for bookings cancelled within seven days of the date of travel.
